In order to ensure the best possible level of service to our clients we operate under the following terms and conditions.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Edit Basket" to adjust the quantities of items you have bought. Click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard or Switch.

Once authorised, your PDF file will be sent to your specified email address immediately. Please allow 24 hours before contacting us in case of non-receipt, as delays beyond our control may occur in transmission. Each PDF will be sent in a separate email, and no file size exceeds 2Mb.

For those clients purchasing hard copy manuals our shipping and handling charges are as follows: UK - £2.50, Europe - £25.00, Rest of world - £45.00. Questionnaires will be charged at the same rates for multiples of 20 questionnaires or part thereof. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. International orders are generally received within 10 business days.

Tax Charges For orders billed to the UK or the rest of the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security We do not capture or store credit card numbers. These are processed entirely within the SecPay site.
